We are a not profit orginazation, therefore your donation will go back into keeping the gallery running, brining in new events, and supporting our artist members with things such as new displays, supplies, or more advertiment. If you would like your donation(s) to go towards something specific, please let us know and we will try and direct it accordingly.
-
Absolutely! We are always happy to welcome volunteers. Whether that be to support and boost your community or your resume. The type of volunteer work depends heavily on what events and art classses we have going on at the time, so just give us a call or email us for further details.
-
Yes we do! However, we often have limited storage space, so we would greatly appreciate you getting in contact with us before brining in your donation. This will ensure that your donation gets the proper use and space here at our galllery.
P.S. Even though we have limited storage space that does not mean we do not have space for large items, we just have to be very selective on how we use our space.

As of 7/4/2026 (Happy 250th, USA!) this is our current in-kind donation wishlist:
Once again please contact us before donating for specific dementions, details, and whether or not we have already recieved this donation (though we will try to keep this list updated).
An electoronic sign for posting our events outside our building. This will help with advertisment for our artists, gallery, and let people passing by know how to fight their boredom in a small town.
Art supplies for our art camps/classes and our dungarvin group. This can be paintbrushes, pencil sharpeners, paint, modge podge, fabric, ribbons, stickers, stencils, foam boards, jewlery supplies, clay, epoxy, resin, etc.
Tables for events and art camps. While we have a couple, we need more folding round tables. Our events often include sitting down and working on art projects, having importants meetings, and sitting and eat for events. With limited tables it can get difficult deligating space for larger crowds.
A storage shed for our furnature and other supplies. This would help us tramendously by allowing us to move out things like chairs, tables, and easels, and bring in more art supplies, meaning more activities. Along with allowing us to use more of our space for things such as an area for our performing arts guests to have a break, store their supplies, or change into their costumes.
Lighting, whether that be lightbulbs, sconces, or lights for inside our display cases. Lighting is importants ecspecially in a gallery, for displaying art peices properly, or giving a preformer the right lighting for their vision. This often causes us to need new bulbs for proper lighting, and sconeses for lighting those areas where are track system won’t run.
Connections to communities and/or artists. If you have connections to a community or individuls that may want to work with us, please send us their contact. We are always looking to bring more art back into our community and other, and what better way to do that than with broadening our connections? If they are an artists or caterer they can sign up for a membership with us to gain more business. Whether that be through gallery sales or advertisement.
Volunteering time. Volunteer work can include set up for events, greeting people at the front desk, helping with sales, hanging up work, cleaning up the gallery, or passing out flyers.
Volunteering your talent. If you have a specific talent that you think may be useful to the community and/or the gallery, such as teaching an art class, please let us know!
In the arts theres always someone looking to display a new idea, which can often involve new/different supplies. Therefore, if you have a potential donation that is not listed here, please feel free to reach out to us via phone call, email, or stop by. We will let you know if we can use the item or if it would be better suited else where. Thanks!
